Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fibre Optical Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be planning, developing and deploying optical systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking technical tasks related to High-energy Laser development and test & evaluation
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Travelling to trial sites across the UK
  • Providing input into large projects as part of a team of subject matter experts
  • Leading technical projects

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant field. All applicants must be eligible for SC clearance, as a minimum.
