About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer or ex HM Forces Engineer to join our company as a Medical Field Service Engineer. You will be working with a range of highly advanced Refractive Surgical Medical Lasers at hospitals and healthcare centers in the South East.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining high-value capital equipment with electro-mechanical or electronic expertise.
- Collaborating with customers to resolve complex challenges and provide impeccable service.
- Participating in full industry-recognised OEM product training on Medical Lasers.
Requirements
- Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment.
- Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Flexible approach with determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
