WFM Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled WFM Analyst to join our team at Career Moves Group I BCorp as a key contributor to our mission of giving people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staffing levels and productivity meet expectations through daily production hours vs. target checks.
  • Update and analyze WFM trackers on a weekly basis.
  • Contribute insights for Workforce Business Reviews (WBRs) and Management Business Reviews (MBRs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report issues impacting productivity.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data and reporting.
  • 1+ years of experience within WFM.
  • Multiple years of experience analyzing data in Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in problem-solving.
  • Reliable team player who can work independently.
