About the Role:
This Planning Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Professional Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project programmes, calculating activity durations, maintaining as-built programmes, and producing phasing, logistic, and timeslice plans. You will also be responsible for establishing effective relationships with the supply chain and ensuring planning requirements are understood and being acted upon.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from initiation to completion
* Develop project programmes and schedules with the Planner/Project Manager, including linking in Power Project (or P6 when applicable) to demonstrate critical path, float, and logic
* Maintain as-built programmes from weekly progress information, including activity start and finish dates, and keep a schedule of 'as-built' outputs
* Establish effective relationships with the supply chain and ensure planning requirements are understood and being acted upon

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in project management or planning, experience in a similar role, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with document control systems and the ability to actively participate in knowledge share events would also be beneficial.

Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
