Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Marketing Officer to join our team in London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, and evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, website, and more.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
