Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead the growth, strategy, and development of our brand. The ideal candidate will have director-level experience, a deep understanding of our brand and its cultural relevance, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Yard Sale marketing function to achieve shop and company sales & EBITDA targets.
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Maintain and grow Yard Sale as a highly respected and loved cultural and hospitality brand.
Requirements
  • Director-level experience at a relevant brand in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and relevant trends.
  • Experience establishing and growing a cultural brand through a small/medium-sized business.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Commercial experience managing departmental budgets and negotiating high-value partnerships.
