**Support Our Children's Teams**

We are seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Psychotherapist to join our Health and Wellbeing Team at A Wilderness Way Ltd as a Senior Psychotherapist.

This role involves working closely with our Clinical Director to support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic support to children and practitioner teams.

You will be directly responsible for the support and clinical supervision of therapeutic reports and records, as well as supporting team members in developing good practice and promoting their own self-development.

We are looking for a Psychotherapist with substantial experience in working directly with children in a psychotherapy and counselling capacity, line manager experience in a care environment, and an excellent understanding of legislation and regulations surrounding residential childcare and safeguarding children.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, excellent health and wellbeing benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
