Framework Delivery Lead

The Framework Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a £500m MOD framework project over 5 years. This complex undertaking encompasses a range of activities, including demolition, site clearance, new build developments, refurbishments, road construction, and associated infrastructure.

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the client liaison and delivery team on site, fostering close relationships with stakeholders and driving the project forward. Your expertise in commercial, technical, and operations delivery will be instrumental in achieving project goals.

With regular on-site presence in Cumbria, you will work closely with your team and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project execution. Your ability to navigate the diverse aspects of this project will be crucial to its success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the client liaison and delivery team on site.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and deliver the upgrade programme.
  • Manage a on-site team consisting of Commercial, Technical, and Operations delivery specialists.
  • Maintain security clearance to work on the MOD site, which requires a 5-year working history ideally in the UK.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in Construction or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading £50m+ projects in a Tier 1 contractor environment.
  • Full driving license.
  • Ability to lodge away 4 days a week on-site in Cumbria.
  • Eligibility for security clearance.
Compensation

£120,000 - £130,000 basic salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
