Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving excellence in service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your primary goal will be to maintain high standards, foster a positive work environment, and consistently deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide top-notch service to guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Take ownership of personal development and performance, contribute to team effectiveness, and encourage feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels, requisition supplies as needed, and ensure seamless restaurant operations.
    • Promote products and services, spot and capitalize on sales opportunities, and adhere to management instructions.
  • Training and Development:
    • Complete required training sessions, stay up-to-date with department changes, and guarantee full compliance with company policies.
    • Display a courteous and helpful attitude towards guests, demonstrate awareness of hotel and company offerings, and follow fire procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Undertake other duties as reasonably requested by management to ensure the smooth operation of the food and beverage department.

Requirements:
  • At least 40 hours per week; flexible scheduling may be required to meet business demands.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service, maintaining high standards, and driving business growth.
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • An enthusiasm for learning, adapting to change, and embracing new ideas.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift; some flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs.
