Job Description:
The Procurement and Supply Chain Improvement Expert will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the supply chain and implementing strategies to optimize supplier performance. This includes qualifying new components, supporting ongoing production issues, developing new suppliers, and reducing costs and increasing capacity.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement supply chain improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplier performance aligns with company standards
• Analyze data to measure and improve supplier quality and delivery performance

Requirements:
• Experience in developing supply chain programs for quality, cost, and delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Full UK driving license
• Security clearance (desirable)
• HNC or HND in Engineering

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
