Talent Limited is a FTSE-listed international manufacturing group with operations across 12 countries. We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Procurement Manager to join our team in Gosport Street, Lymington.
About Our Client:
Our client specializes in designing, manufacturing, and marketing high-technology components and systems for aerospace, defense, land vehicle, and power & energy markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engineering procurement strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost reductions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering procurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
