About the Job

We are looking for a Customer Service and Administration Expert to join our front office team at Sanctuary Care. As a Customer Service and Administration Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Job Overview:

This is a part-time receptionist position, working 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, relatives, and visitors
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and operations using strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
