A salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum is available for this senior care professional role.
Hartford Care's Belford House in Four Marks, Hampshire, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our team as a Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care and hold an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to use IT systems effectively, and have a flexible approach to working hours.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for carrying out direct observations on care assistants, checking activities logs, and providing detailed handovers to the team. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that residents' needs are met and exceeded.
