Our established law firm is expanding its conveyancing department and seeking a dedicated New Business Development Assistant to join our team in Stafford.
Job DescriptionYou will work closely with our conveyancing team to handle new conveyancing business for our Stafford office. Your primary focus will be on engaging with direct clients, providing quotes, and converting enquiries into instructions.
Responsibilities- Support conveyancers with daily tasks and contribute to the success of our team.
- Manage Land Registry applications and handle file archiving/closure.
- A minimum of some conveyancing or sales experience.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
