We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Counselling Graduate to join our team as a Wellbeing Support Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a 6-month graduate scheme with a leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, gaining extensive training and development in areas such as Digital Counselling, Telephone Counselling, and Solution Focused Counselling.

As a Wellbeing Support Specialist, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality support services to employers and individuals.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide telephone and digital counselling services to clients across a range of issues
  • To work closely with colleagues to deliver comprehensive employee assistance programmes
  • To participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Diploma level 4 in Counselling or equivalent qualification
  • Membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
  • Minimum 100 hours of counselling experience
