We are seeking an experienced Impact Officer to join our team at the Royal Mencap Society. As an Impact Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the monitoring and evaluation of our programmes, ensuring that we are delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data ethics and data protection, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office programmes and have experience of co-production or participatory research methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for our programmes
  • Collect and analyse data to inform programme development and improvement
  • Work closely with programme teams to co-produce evaluation reports and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including people with a learning disability and their families

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent position, and we offer flexible working arrangements. Travel will be required to our London office, as well as travel to various locations where needed for fieldwork.
