We are seeking an experienced Investment Officer to join our growing team in London, UK. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in sustainable finance and make a real impact in the lives of people globally.

**Responsibilities**

As an Investment Officer, you will be responsible for leading multiple transactions, taking true deal responsibility in a flat and supportive structure. You will work closely with our excellent sourcing team, analyzing, managing, and exiting investments as your impact investing acumen grows. You will also contribute to or lead special projects, including market research, strategy, and development of investment processes.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with c2-9 years of relevant professional experience, including a foundation in Corporate Finance related work at a major Financial Institution. You should have real technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments. Particular experience with Private Debt transactions is also essential. A passion for emerging markets, specifically Sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia, is highly desirable. You should be a team player with a shared passion for making a long-term positive impact and aligned personal values and mission.
