Climax Studios is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Artist to join their team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the studio, you will be responsible for conceiving, creating, and leading the team in developing innovative artistic visuals for AAA titles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement artistic visions for AAA titles
  • Lead a team of artists to create innovative and engaging visual experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage budgets and deadlines to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist
  • Effective visual and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent resource management and judgement
  • Comfortable liaising with clients in an authoritative and professional manner
