We\u2019re seeking an experienced and versatile Lead Artist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality artistic visuals for AAA titles. Your expertise in generating diverse styles, technical proficiency with current-gen technology, and illustration skills will be invaluable in driving our creative vision forward.

This is a full-time, onsite role that offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, collaborate with clients, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the artistic vision for AAA titles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visuals.
  • Develop and implement artistic production pathways, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of assets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of artists, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, presenting artistic concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in console development, with a minimum of 2 shipped titles and 1 as a Lead Artist.
  • Effective visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to direct internal or external teams and individuals.
  • Excellent resource management and judgment, with the ability to assign artists of varying skill sets to multiple projects.
  • Comfortable liaising with clients in an authoritative and professional manner.
  • A self-motivated team leader with a passion for delivering exceptional game experiences.
  • Autonomous in managing deadlines and budgets, with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience managing art teams effectively and in a timely fashion.
  • 2-3 years of experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
  • The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
  • A good understanding of cutting-edge artistic techniques and tools, with the ability to implement them into current practical practices.
