Shift Engineer Wanted - Brynmawr

The Sterling Choice is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join our team in South Wales. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and powering our business.

Our ideal candidate will have a time-served background in engineering, with a Level 3 BTEC qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering. Experience in food manufacturing is a plus, as is knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in an engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance across the site to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
  2. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to maintain a smooth production process.
  3. Keep detailed records of work and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
