Job Title: Full-time SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special school in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with students with special educational needs and disabilities.

About the Role:

The role of Teaching Assistant will involve supporting a range of classes with students who have complex needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with special needs and disabilities, with a preference for those with special school experience.

The successful candidate will be required to work full-time, with flexibility and reliability being key requirements. A positive, patient, and confident approach is essential, as well as the ability to deal with challenging behaviour.
