  • Providing high-level customer service and resolving IT issues
  • Supporting technologies including Office 365, Windows OS, remote desktop services, basic networking, and Windows Server
  • PC/Laptop troubleshooting and helpdesk support for internal users

To be considered suitable for this role, you will need:

  • A personable nature with good problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a desire to learn
  • Ability to commute to the company's offices daily
