We are looking for a highly motivated and supportive individual to join our team as a Veterans Support Liaison. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our veterans receive the support they need to thrive.

About the Role

We estimate that this role would be compensated with an annual salary of £22,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with members and volunteers from diverse backgrounds and be able to provide personalized support to our veterans.

You will work closely with the community team to establish and maintain local groups and activities, ensuring our veterans feel included and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized support to our veterans, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
  • Building strong relationships with members and volunteers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborating with other volunteers and staff to achieve our objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Supportive, friendly, and patient when interacting with our members and volunteers.
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems, such as email and Word.
