Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our client, a well-established Social Housing Main Contractor, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based out of the company's offices near Amersham.
The company has been in operation for approximately 35 years and has an extensive client base that includes Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Sector Clients. They are looking for a dedicated individual to support their site manager with quality control, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the site manager in ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Record and report any complaints made by residents, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A self-motivated individual with experience in the Social Housing sector, specifically in customer care.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word, or equivalent software.
