This Primary Teacher Leader position in Surrey offers a unique opportunity to work with students with difficulties with communication and social interaction, typically associated with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term plans to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Regularly monitor, assess, review, and report on student progress to parents, team members, senior staff, examination, and funding bodies.
  • Participate in the review of Statements and EHC plans, PEP, and LAC reviews.

Requirements:

  • A PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
  • Desirable experience of teaching secondary age in a primary manner.
  • Essential knowledge and experience of pupils with ASD, SEMH, and PDA profile.
  • Necessary understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.

Remuneration:
