We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Activities Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organising activities that promote the wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they are engaging, motivating and entertaining. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver activities that cater to diverse interests and preferences
  • Implement Personal Life Stories approach to create tailored daily activity plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop meaningful relationships with residents
  • Organise groups and one-to-one sessions based on identified interests and requests
Requirements:
  • Patient, kind and understanding individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player with ability to use initiative and work collaboratively
  • Reliable, organised and creative individual with good time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NAPA qualification or equivalent experience
