The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and kind, and have a passion for helping others. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to develop meaningful relationships with residents and create a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a range of activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
  • Build strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
