About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Partnerships to join our team at the European Sponsorship Association. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partnerships strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating agreements.
- Manage and maintain existing partnerships, ensuring they meet their objectives and delivering value to both parties.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute partnership activation plans.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to the commercial team, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Lead and develop the partnerships team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnerships development and management, ideally within the sports industry.
- Strong relationships management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate agreements.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
