Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Area Support Team Lead to join our training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of in-store trainers, as well as motivating and educating our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or supervisor role within a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to motivate, coach, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a welcoming, empathetic, and infectious personality
