This role is an exciting opportunity to join a leading insurer as a Senior Financial Lines Underwriter.

The company, Aston Charles Ltd, is renowned for its innovative insurance solutions and commitment to employee development. As a key member of the Financial Lines Division, you will be responsible for underwriting new business enquiries from a wide range of brokers throughout the UK.

With a strong background in Financial Lines, preferably in Professional Indemnity, D&O / Management Liabilities or Tech (PI), you will have excellent technical and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Claims team and develop strong relationships with the Technical department and wider business.

You must have a proven track record of maintaining and developing relationships, with excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with brokers.

This is not a 'dead-end' senior underwriting role. The Director stresses that this position has genuine potential to progress into various areas, such as Product Line Management, General Management, Technical, Compliance, Sales, and more.
