IT Support Technician

Adria Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to our end-users. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, managing on-premise Microsoft-based systems, and collaborating with colleagues to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and professional technical support to end-users.
  • Manage and troubleshoot on-premise Microsoft-based systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V.
  • Handle Microsoft Office 365 tenancy admin tasks, including Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and Security.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Hands-on expertise in Active Directory and Azure administration.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
  • Familiarity with 3CX Voice over IP systems/technologies would be advantageous.
