About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised administrator to join our team at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. As a Clinical Services Lead Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to our CAMHS medics, clinicians, and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including medical staff, multidisciplinary teams, services users, and carers.
  • Provide excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a wide range of people, including outside agencies and the public.
  • Manage the organisation of key meetings, including business meetings and conferences, and compile and prepare agendas and supporting papers for meetings.
  • Type patient reports, correspondence, and emails as required, and deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from patients.
  • Input accurate and up-to-date patient data onto the Rio system.
  • Interpret and advise on data and office management functions, and implement relevant procedures.
  • Carry out supervision sessions, undertake appraisals, and provide immediate guidance and assistance in problem-solving.
  • Prepare and present reports and a range of complex information in a range of formats, including the production of scorecards, KPIs, performance reports, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Collect performance data and produce monthly performance reports as required and directed by the Business Coordinator.
Person Specification
  • NVQ3/QCF in administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
  • RSA 3 Word Processing (or equivalent level of expertise).
  • Excellent computer and IT skills.
  • Experience of supervising staff.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to conflicting demands.
  • Good team player.
