Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Administration Team Manager to lead our team of administrators in providing exceptional support to our Clinical Leads and employed clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of administrators to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for all employed clinicians for all operational and administrative queries that are not able to be resolved through administrators.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff management within the clinical workforce.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of administrators.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Operational Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of clinical administration and operational processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
