IT & AV Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT & AV Technician to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering audiovisual projects and supporting IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure hardware and software components
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Escalate issues & incidents to the IT Operations Manager or Shared Service Team
  • Set up Audiovisual equipment for functions
  • Provide AV support in setting up of equipment
  • Operate AV equipment and troubleshoot any issues
  • Manipulate and edit video footage
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of IT and AV systems
  • Experience of setting up and operating AV equipment
  • Experience of diagnosing and resolving technical errors
  • Experience of providing advice and guidance to users of IT equipment
Desirable Experience:
  • Proven experience of server and network infrastructure
  • Proven experience of delivering customer-focused IT services
