We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dementia Support Specialist. As a member of our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dementia support and home care in Redcar and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and reliable support to clients with dementia, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care.
