Job Title: Dementia Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dementia Support Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a Dementia Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with dementia
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being
  • Work collaboratively with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 hour visits, with consistent working times
  • No experience necessary, full training provided
  • Flexible hours based on availability
  • Starting rate of £13.00ph, ranging up to £20.00ph
