We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver Support Specialist. As a key member of our Home Instead Cleveland team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility assistance.
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation, such as conversation, games, and hobbies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
