Ecommerce Strategy Manager Job Description:

Xcede seeks an experienced marketing professional to drive its ecommerce strategy, focusing on customer loyalty and retention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving growth and engagement across various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including SEA, social media, and loyalty programs
  • Lead the loyalty program, driving innovative solutions to retain our loyal customer base
  • Analyse performance and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Build partnerships with third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with senior ecommerce leaders to develop a marketing strategy and plan

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce and loyalty programs
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and drive data-driven decision making
  • A proven track record of driving marketing campaigns that deliver results
  • A pragmatic individual who is excited about launching new initiatives and driving impact in a successful business

Benefits:

A competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum, working part-time (1-2 days per week) based in Birmingham.
