Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and leading the commercial agenda, securing distribution and pouring agreements across circa 150 outlets for the full Diageo portfolio. They will also deliver a strong return on investment through contractual agreements, leading spend and forecasting planned activity/spend with key customers across the year.

In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing customer relationships across the account base, owning the route to market (RTM) relationships for the city, and ensuring in-outlet performance and execution levels are accurately supervised and measured.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales experience within retail, FMCG or other fast-moving sectors.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and route to markets.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen, has experience working with a P&L and is numerate.
  • Knowledge of the city/area they operate in.
  • Target driven with the ambition to excel within a challenging target-driven environment.
