Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service in the serving of food and drink
* Set up the bar counter and food service area according to company procedures
* Meet and greet customers, take food and drink orders, and liaise with relevant personnel to ensure delivery of orders
* Anticipate customer needs and ensure excellent customer service
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, health, and safety in the food service and bar service areas
* Calculate bills correctly and accept various methods of payment
* Refill bar stock levels and ensure efficient stock rotation
* Carry out end-of-shift duties according to company procedures
* Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance

Requirements:

* Educated to secondary level standard
* A minimum of 6 months previous bar service experience
* A minimum of 6 months previous food service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a methodical and logical manner
