About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage Teams over the Christmas period.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the service areas, and ensuring all guest needs and expectations are met.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all cash, charges, floats, and till procedures are carried out correctly, greeting guests, and responding to their queries.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the security of stock areas, report any breaches, and be knowledgeable about the hotel offerings to proactively sell them to guests.

About You

We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Food and Beverage Team will provide you with full training.

  • Must be educated to GCSE level or the equivalent with grades A-C in English and Maths
