At Get Golfing CIO, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House staff member to join our team at Mill Green golf club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record in a similar customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Customers
  • Providing information and assistance to customers in person or over the phone
  • Developing a fun and outgoing personality to create a positive atmosphere
  • Delivering great customer service skills to exceed customer expectations
  • Being flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Performing duties such as serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables, and cashing up, while following company procedures
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining clean and organized front-of-house areas
Requirements
