Care Home Senior Operations Manager

At Minerva Recruitment Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional care services. We currently have a vacancy for a dedicated and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager (Nursing) in Earls Colne, Essex.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has strong leadership skills to join our team as a Deputy Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our care home.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing care staff and be able to provide guidance and support to ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained.
