Merchandising Support Coordinator

PDA Search and Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Audit Assistant to join their team in Carlisle. As a Sales Audit Assistant, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing recommendations to support merchandising decisions.
The primary function of this role is to work closely with the Branch Merchandising Department to ensure that each store receives the best mix of product to maximize sales and drive profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining detailed reports and analyses to support business decisions
- Collaborating with the Merchandising Team to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform merchandising decisions
- Monitoring and adjusting inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Excel is required.
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
