Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a crucial member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.
This role involves maintaining, inspecting, and repairing the track network, undertrack equipment, and distribution systems. You will work closely with your team to keep power flowing through electrified rails safely and efficiently.
As a Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist, you will have a strong knowledge of inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal techniques in your chosen discipline. An NVQ Level 1 or 2 linked to the discipline is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, safety-focused, and respectful of rules. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer. This includes a shift pattern including days, nights, and weekends.
