Be a key player in our Commercial team, providing vital support to sales colleagues, customers, and internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. **Your Tasks**
- Provide integral support and information to the key sales functions in order to develop and secure business opportunities within the business.
- Oversee rebate management within the team across the key business functions - EDP and EBP.
- Liaise with and work alongside colleagues in Europe in supporting customer enquiries and business development opportunities.
- Act as a first level of escalation for operational topics within the Commercial team.
- Input order pricing and quotation creations daily.
- Contribute towards the company's ongoing growth and development of decorative product sales (with emphasise on added value materials).
- Generate ideas within the team to suggest improvements to processes/ways of working to create further efficiencies.
- Manage EFP pricing maintenance and customer documentation (with support of graduate).
- Work strategically alongside all EGGER sales teams in working to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Deal with general and specific queries, liaising with both internal and external parties.
- Support and undertake projects alongside the Commercial Manager and Plant Director Sales.
- Demonstrate professional competence and development by keeping skills up to date and in providing evidence of continuing professional and technical development.

**Our Requirements**
- Degree in a Business, Commercial or Marketing discipline preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in a job related role preferred.
- Must be well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
