Nelson Bridges is seeking a skilled Property Law Specialist to join our team in Hexham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential and commercial matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, transfers of equity, and other general property matters under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to deal with all aspects of agricultural law, including sales and purchases, FBT / AHA and business sale and purchase agreements. They will work closely with partners to develop client relationship skills and effectively scope and price work.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
