Property Lawyer Specialist

Nelson Bridges is a renowned law firm in the North East seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Residential and Commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, transfers of equity, and other general property issues under supervision.
While experience in Agricultural Law, encompassing sales and purchases, FBT / AHA, and business sale and purchase agreements, would be highly desirable, it is not essential for this role.
The successful candidate will work closely with Partners to develop client relationship skills and effectively scope and price work. This opportunity offers a chance to grow professionally and contribute to the firm's success.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
