At Healthxchange Pharmacy, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Product Coordinator to join our team.

About the role:

We require a skilled individual with previous experience in a pharmacy or warehouse setting to handle the efficient storage and distribution of aesthetic medical products. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining inventory levels and managing stock orders for aesthetic and pharmaceutical products
  • Safely storing and securing pharmaceutical products in designated areas
  • Preparing products for shipment and conducting quality checks on stored and shipped items

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and storage requirements

What we offer:

We provide a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, as well as benefits including company pension, annual bonus, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, staff discount, and access to Health Assured EAP.
