**The Role**:
In the role of Post Production Coordinator you will be integral to our content creation, working alongside our photographic team in the management of all image and post production workflow throughout the business. You will coordinate file management and movement across all internal servers and maintain exemplary quality control of all imagery that is produced. In addition, there will be a requirement to manage and carry out an element of retouch and colour matching, so these skills are a must. You must be an agile and proactive team member, with an excellent eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling of all Post Production work throughout the business
- Quality control of all imagery produced in line with internal and client specifications
- Carry out retouching and colour matching where required
- Coordinate file management and movement across all internal servers
- Management of both internal and client SLA’s
- Coordination with external suppliers for any outsource retouch requirements
- Coordinating weekly, monthly and yearly Post Production forecasting
- Identifying potential issues and troubleshoot problems
- Review, trial and implement where needed any new technologies, processes and working practices
- Ensuring all internal and external hard drives are backed up and logged

**Key Skills**:

- Experience of managing workflow within a production environment that ideally covers all aspects of post production.
- Experienced in the quality control of imagery within a high-volume workflow, an exceptional attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in image retouching and colour matching
- Exceptionally organised with a strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and workflows, strong administration skills are required to support in this.
- Excellent people & communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
- A proactive, flexible & energetic team player who can work calmly under pressure whilst delivering a phenomenal attention to detail.
- In such a fast paced environment you must be intuitive, and have the ability to think on your feet.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Bridge) and an understanding of other creative suites
- Experience with MAC OS
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Trello, Google docs and Google sheets
